Bob Hansen

Bob Hansen is the Principal Broker of The Hansen Ohana (Hawaii license RB-17532) and the founder generation of the family's Maui real estate practice, with 40+ years in Maui real estate. Before real estate, Bob spent 17 years in banking, retiring as a bank president, then earned his Series 7 Securities license and Real Estate Broker licenses in both California and Hawaii. That financial background — economics, lending, and business — anchors how the Ohana advises clients on Maui property. Bob has been named Maui's #1 producer more times than anyone else, and he and his son Clint are the first father-son team to both be named to Hawaii Business Magazine's Top 100.

Bob served on the founding board of Nā Hale O Maui, Maui's affordable-housing land trust, and helped seed its initial funding — deliberately designing a revolving-board governance structure so no single faction could become entrenched, a design that still defines the organization today. He also serves on the Governmental Affairs Real Estate Board. His favorite sport is outrigger paddling.
