Property is now vacant and easy to show. Long DOM is due to the discovery that the main building permit was never closed out properly, the old house demolition was not verified by the county and the septic system was not finalized. Owner hired an architect to work with the county to close them out and that process is well under way. The septic has now been documented properly, the demolition was verified and the final building permit is the last item in the process. Any interested buyers could make their offer subject to the closing out of the permit which could easily happen concurrent to a Buyers loan process. Please provide prequal or proof of funds prior to showing request.
