The seller requested to remove two cars with a county program, but there are no guarantees. Had sent two certified letters to the owner of the abandoned vehicles and belongings to remove their belongings from the property. Still, no response, so the property is being sold "AS IS" with no staking or survey.

There is an SSPP assessment of $3,548 or go off grid.
Seller's Disclosure is available upon request. The owner has none to limited knowledge of the property.

Please use Luke Taniguchi from Tite Guaranty as he prepared the preliminary title (under addendum).
Please have the buyers review and initial County documents under the addendum section and submit them with all offers.
Also, could you attach As-Is, plain language with all offers.
