Views to die for! Top floor unit, same owner since 2010, now an estate sale. Needs pretty much everything replaced but it is all clean and ready to move into just at the end of its lifecycle and needs TLC. We have the home inspection and termite reports along with the heirs disclosure of what they have done to get it ready for sale, which includes a new hot water heater, new fridge, and new dishwasher. We also replaced all of the angle stops at toilets and sinks. Carpets were professionally cleaned for the sale. Furniture will be left for the convenience of the heirs but it too is at the end of its useful life.

Unfinished loft area does not have permits or association approval as far as the heirs know. We have put up railings to secure it and the staircase.
