Pricing, Terms & Payment:

Rates:  $120 to $145 per night.

We offer discounts for 7 nights, 10 nights, 15 nights  (10%, 15% and 20% per night respectively) depending on the season.  Weekly and monthly rates also available depending on the season - please inquire.

5 night minimum at full rate but when we have gaps in between bookings we do offer 2, 3 and 4 nights (at full rate). Inquire about availability.
