OUR THREE BEDROOM, THREE BATH FLOOR PLAN SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT LOCATION, CLOSE TO THE BEACHES, YOU WILL LOVE OUR KIHEI BEACH HOME. VERY NICELY APPOINTED, FULLY STOCKED AND VERY AFFORDABLE, OUR CONDO IS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON ANYTHING INCLUDING OUR PERFECT LOCATION!

May-October~$275 per night plus 14% state tax and $250 cleaning fee
There is a refundable damage deposit of $500-$1500 depending on length of stay
To reserve your dates: 50% of total amount due at the time of reserving your dates. This is non refundable.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: No refunds given 60 prior to arrival
