Kaha Lani is a gem on the coconut coast! This relatively small community is located on the beach between two difference beach parks (Lydgate and Kitchens). It has a great pool, tennis court, BBQ grill, lots of parking, and is on the coconut coast\'s bike path. Located near the end of the bike path you can ride your bicycle into Kapaa town, to Kealia beach, all the way to Donkey beach, or many other options along the way! An ideal location along the coconut coast!

This well appointed one bedroom, one and one half bathrooms is on the ground floor with no steps. There is a large lanai with a circular table with four chairs, and two lounge chairs on the other side. There is an ocean view from the living room/dining room area, as well as the kitchen and lanai. The condo has been updated which includes a newer kitchen with Silestone quartz counter-tops, high end cabinets, and new windows in the kitchen and dining room.

If you plan to live in the condo it is located in both a quiet and private location as well as a convenient location! Close to shopping, restaurants, and golf at the Wailua Golf Course. The beach adjacent to this community offer a long strip of over two miles of a sandy shore line where you can beach walk to your heart\'s desire, snorkel, swim, watch the kite boarders (or join them), or enjoy the beautiful sunrise view. It\'s a two minute walk from the condo\'s lanai to the beach!

As a vacation rental this offers a lot! Including all of the above mentioned items there is a large owner\'s closet for storing items. A front desk to welcome guest, on site management (which you don\'t have to use). The condo sleeps 4 and is a very busy vacation rental!

Live in it full time, or use it as vacation rent it out. The location of Kaha Lani is great! To have both the privacy and the convenience of this location with a ground level tropical condo with it\'s large lanai and ocean view makes it special!
