There is an entrance off Akoni Pule Highway, where a one-lane bridge crosses the two streams just before the turn to Keokea Park Road. This historic land has been cleared to reveal and restore old taro patches, and current owner is working on conservation easements with Hawaii Land Trust that would protect them and keep them in agricultural use in perpetuity. A new owner could step in to that process.

There is a 100-year-old house at the top of the property that does not have building permits and a recent home inspection report opined that it did not appear to be habitable or repairable. Buyers would need to do their own due diligence with the County with respect to requirements for demolition, remediation of abandoned cesspool, and other potential limitations on renovating the existing structure or building a new home on this property.
