OK roads are rough, home needs a lot of work, but it is permitted. PER bldg. dept, home permit was finalized, but plumbing permit and electrical permit were NOT finalized, so buyer would have to obtain new plumbing and electrical permit in order to fully permit the home. Buyer should check with public works on same. SSPP electric $4005 which buyer would have to pay if they desire electric. DO not go to property without appointment. YES its a mess inside, but bones are good, great start, just needs massive cleanup, new porch, stairs, hookup to water tank, pump, solar electric. and yes clean up big time.
