Hawaiian Ocean View Estates - This spaghetti lot (70 x 623 ft) is the top lot of the four side by side lots on the Hilo side of Tiki Lane. This one was partially cleared in the past with a grassy driveway and housepad spot. It's now overgrown, but could be cleared again since the large trees and brush were removed.
