The double lot (40000 sf total) gives ample space for forest trails and out buildings which increase opportunities to appreciate nature. A garden guest half bath was added to a former shed. This offers a restroom for visitors or students who come to enjoy the 270 sf pavilion at the end of a trail. Think writing workshops, exercise classes, yoga, hula or a place for family gatherings! The owners have had a successful business hosting weddings here over the years. There is a custom built altar/bar which was used for weddings as well as social events.
