Pricing, Terms & Payment:
$180/Night double occupancy + $20 per additional person; one night deposit required to hold reservation. 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment.
