The grounds include pool and tennis (note: tennis court is best suited to beginners). Each townhouse is 2300sf, with the bedrooms on the upper level (each bedroom has its own bathroom), and the living, dining, kitchen on the ground level.  Each unit has a well equipped kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV/DVD, CD stereo, telephone, and a large front patio.  This tends to be the perfect “North Shore” environment for guests wanting a somewhat nicer accommodation.

Out-cleaning Fee:  $450

7 night minimum stay.  14 nights during holiday season

2 night non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a 2 night cancellation fee.  If notice of cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival date, all payments will be forfeited unless the space is re-rented.  Holiday Payment/ Cancellation may be different.
