Local couple, Steve and Tamara Farwig, invite you to stay with them in sunny South Maui at one of their six unique vacation properties.
These Hawaiian getaways are for the discerning traveler seeking good value. Steve and Tamara spent many years working in guest services at several top resorts such as the Four Seasons Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani and the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa. They bring the attention to detail, customer service and high standards that these resorts demand to their own rentals, thus providing an alternative to the expensive five-star hotels with all the amenities and more.
Located in the heart of Wailea and Kihei near South Maui's best beaches, restaurants and activities, all of the properties are beautifully furnished with upscale island-style decor and remarkably well appointed. Each consistently maintained rental features a comfortable bed with signature Calvin Klein duvet and 500 thread count cotton linens. High speed internet is free of charge in all condos and even free long distance calling to US and Canada in all units except the Maui Banyan Studio. A/C is available in all rentals.

Rates (in US Dollars):
April 15 - December 14: Studios $110 per night plus 13.42% tax
One bedrooms starting at $130/night plus tax
December 15 - April 14: Studios $135 per night plus 13.42 % tax
One bedrooms starting at $155/night plus tax
$250 deposit by personal check, cashiers check or money order necessary to secure dates. You are also welcome to pay by credit card through PayPal however, there is a 2.9% transaction fee (3.9% if from Canada).
Five night minimum stay required (10 night minimum stay over Christmas).
Discounted rates available for stays 28 plus nights. Does not include holiday season (Dec 15 - Jan 5) or the month of February. Please inquire.
Additional charge of $10/night per person for more than two guests.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM. Low season late check-out available with half day charge. High season late check-out only available with full day charge.
Cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 handling fee.
Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented less the $50 handling fee.
$75 cleaning charge for less than seven nights.
