Reservations

To reserve the booking we require 2 checks:

  • An advance payment equal to 25% of the total rent (plus taxes), and
  • On a separate check returnable to you, a $250 damage/reservation deposit. We will hold this check and mail it back to you after your stay provided no damage of course.

The balance of the rent is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. If you are booking within 30 days of arriving, please send the entire rental payment along with your deposit check.

Reservation payments and deposits are fully refundable 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 60 days may be partially refunded only if unit can be re-rented within that time frame.
