Value Season: May 1 – Sept. 30 (3 night minimum)
$155/nt with exception of Ironman week 

High Season: Oct 1 – April 30 (3 night minimum)
$175/nt 

Holiday Season & Ironman week:
$199/nt 10 night minimum rental for holiday season, 7 night minimum for Ironman week

Above rate rates based on double occupancy. $10 a night for each additional guest. Based on 7 night minimum. 6 nights or less at $180/nt

Payment accepted via Visa, MasterCard, check or money order.

  • $115 exit cleaning fee.
  • 11.25% Hawaii State Excise and transient lodging tax.
  • $300 deposit required to hold your reservation.
  • Payment required in full 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival subject to $100 fee.
  • Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival refunded as space resold less 20%.
