The property has a two story main house, sitting next to the garage/cottage structure.  The main house is lovely,


with a modern style, and plenty of light.  The small yard area to the side of the house has great privacy, a large


deck, and is surrounded by tropical plants. The interior has a well equipped kitchen, TV/VCR, CD stereo,


internet access, laundry, and fresh  furnishings.


NOTE:  Cottage on the same property has a long term guest. 



Pricing, Terms & Payment:

Nightly Rate:  $850

Nightly Holiday Rate: $1000

Out-cleaning Fee:  $450

Refundable Security Deposit:  $1000

Minimum Stay - 7 nights.  14 nights during Holiday Season

2 night non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a 2 night cancellation fee.  If notice of cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival date, all payments will be forfeited unless the space is re-rented.  Holiday Payment/Cancellation Policy may be different.
