Turnkey right down to the forks and spoons and ready to continue bookings as a vacation rental. All new linens and towels, all new artwork, new microwave, new washer and currently replacing the liner for the catchment system.

This 3-bedroom (plus loft) home is clean, bright, and airy. As you enter, you're greeted by views of the rainforest from the great room, complete with a TV and gas stove with remote control thermostat. The full, newly-freshened (2021) kitchen, countertops, cabinets, and a breakfast bar (not new) crafted from native ohia trees.

The Surf Suite has a king-sized bed and its own ensuite full bathroom. The Pineapple room has a queen-sized bed and the Hibiscus room has two twin beds. There is a second full bathroom near these bedrooms and the kitchen. For additional sleeping, head upstairs to the comfortable Mermaid Loft which hosts two more twin beds. Four bedrooms in total comfortable sleep 8 guests in beds.

A 5-minute drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Volcano Village restaurants, shops, gas stations, hardware, and convenience stores. This is a community rich with artists and beauty.. come live with us. Come to Volcano!
